These Terms govern your use of Fora AI's website and scanning service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Fora AI analyzes code you submit and reports potential security issues, along with suggested fixes. It's a helpful second set of eyes, not a guarantee. No scanner — ours included — can catch every vulnerability, and a clean report is not a certification that your code is free of security issues. You remain responsible for the security of your own applications and for independently verifying anything critical.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at support@freebugai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to the code you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that code solely to provide the Service to you (generating scan results, showing your history, and, where you've configured it, sending code to a third-party AI provider for analysis). We do not claim ownership of your code and do not use it to train our own models.
Free accounts include a limited number of scans as described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal under their own terms.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software (excluding your own submitted code), is owned by Fora AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself without our permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every security vulnerability in your code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fora AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
